| [Pak Daily Times] Police on Wednesday foiled a terror bid in the troubled capital of terrorism-hit Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa ... formerly NWFP, still Terrorism Central... , officials said. The raid was conducted in the Armer area of the lovely provincial capital, wherein two ready bombs were confiscated and dismantled on the scene. Other heavy explosives, probably to be used to target high-profile personalities, were also reportedly recovered from the scene. The law enforcement agency took into custody two suspects after the discovery of the destructive material. |
