| #3 Who signed the orders? It is my understanding (not being military) that orders need to be signed (and authenticated at that level) right? Sorry, wrong, orders need not be signed, they MAY be, but not if needed to vanish. (Like these undoubtably will, look for the orders to NOT TO BE SIGNED BY ANYBODY). |

| #1 I just want the one key question asked, and followed to the end (Think the 5-Why theory of root cause analysis): Who told the various armed forces to stand down? all the rest is window dressing. Who gave the order to stand down? |
