| #11 I think you are talking about Salvage. If you find an abandoned boat or ship with no one on board you can claim it as 'salvage' right? So who's going to claim the U.S. Constitution as salvage - it's clearly been abandoned for at least the last 5 years... (Sadly..) |

| #8 The Utah legislature had considered a bill allowing the state to claim eminent domain on Federal lands. Might be time to reconsider that again. |

| #5 Feds have claimed jurisdiction, and that there is no legal mechanism for states and towns to keep them open. Also that it would be 'unfair' for some to be open and not all. |
