| Report: Hezbollah Gearing For Decisive Battle In Syria |

 [Ynet] Saudi newspaper Al-Watan quoted sources close to Hezbollah as saying that the organization is preparing for a decisive battle near the Leb-Syria border.According to the report, 15,000 Hezbollah fighters will take part in the battles. The group is hoping weather conditions will hurt the rebel effort and that the campaign will be finished prior to the Geneva talks set to take place at the end of November. |

| #5 So Hamas and Hezbollah are going to duke it out in Syria? Great, I hope there are not enough left standing to write home. I know a lot of ME folks I correspond with are fed up with both groups. Since no legitimate(?)sovereign state in the ME will deal with these misguided and manipulated souls, perhaps Darwin can kick in with the aid of some AK-47's and we can eject this mess from the gene pool. Perhaps they can cripple each other to the point of becoming marginalized. I hope so. I'm going to cheer the body count and not choose sides, I don't want any butter on my popcorn and pass me a diet DP. |
