| #7 Depending on where you live, 400k is a 2 bedroom walk up condo with street parking. Yeah the guy is a shill, but his housing arrangement is a not exceptional. |

| #2 ...Well, my medical insurance runs me $37.50 a month. No copay, most meds free, and it covers me and my wife. Of course, there was that whole served-in-the-USAF-for-20-years thing, but I'm thinkin' that was an option Mr Teacher would have politely ignored. Mike |
