| [Tolo News] At least two non-combatants were killed and an National Police officer was injured on Sunday by a kaboom in Jalalabad city, local officials said. The incident took place in the fourth District of Jalalabad city, the capital of the eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies.
