(ASWJ) leader Maulana Zarin in Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... 's Landhi area, DawnNews reported. The ASWJ leader was in Landhi's Labour Colony when person or persons unknown opened fire on his vehicle. However, you can observe a lot just by watching... Zarin remained safe in the attack. The group has recently witnessed a series of attacks on its leaders. On Dec 6, Punjab-based leader of ASWJ, Maulana Shamsur Rehman Muawiya, was rubbed out by unknown gunnies in Lahore. On Jan 3, the general secretary of ASWJ's Islamabad chapter, Mufti Muneer Muawiya, and an office-bearer of the Sunni Moslem group, Qari Asad Mahmood, were bumped off in the capital's I-8 sector. |
