| MNLF vows ‘Kosovo-style’ campaign in Philippines |

| The Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) has warned it will carry out a “Kosovo style” struggle to “decolonize” southern Mindanao and some parts of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. MNLF founding leader Nur Misuari called on his followers to renounce armed struggle and adopt the Kosovo model by carrying out peaceful assemblies in attaining their political objective for self rule, spokesman Emmanuel Fontanilla said yesterday. Fontanilla was referring to the 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence where participants declared Kosovo independent from Serbia. Although the legality of the declaration was disputed by Serbia, several countries recognized it. Fontanilla said Serbia wanted international validation and support for its stance that the declaration was illegal, but the International Court of Justice said the declaration did not violate international law. He said, “Armed struggle is already obsolete as proven in other countries. We will bring our cause to the people." |

| #1 So IOW, the Mindanao Moro insurgency may no longer be just about Mindanao, Moros, or the PHIL per se anymore, but may devol into a Regional or Trans-regional insurgency [Jihad?]??? I've still been telling Guam locals that iff Rising China ever attacks or penetrates into WESTPAC + Guam-CNMI region, Radical Islam = Nuclear Islam will be right behind them. US-VS-CHINA IN ASIA-PACIFIC HAS DEVOL INTO US-VS-CHINA-VS-NUCLEAR-ISLAM IN SAME - ITS ONLY A QUESTION AS TO IFF THE NUKULAAR OR SOON-TO-BE-NUKULAAR HARD BOYZ WILL ATTACK CHINA OR THE US BEFORE ATTACKING THE OTHER IN GLOBAL JIHAD. |
