| Gunmen kidnap Tizi Ouzou youth |

| [MAGHAREBIA] A young man was abducted Sunday (February 9th) near Tizi Ouzou, El Watan reported. Armed men reportedly seized the 22-year-old Algerian while attacking a restaurant selling alcohol in Maatkas. There was no immediate information about the fate of the kidnapped man. |
