| [MAGHAREBIA] A young man kidnapped by an gang near blood-stained Tizi Ouzou was released Monday (February 10th), El Watan reported. The 22-year-old Algerian was kidnapped Sunday in Maatkas when gunnies stormed his father's restaurant. The kidnapping was reportedly perpetrated by al-Qaeda local emir Youcef El Harrachi. He is accused of involvement in a series of kidnappings in Maatkas since 2005. |
