on Wednesday expressed satisfaction over progress of the government committee holding talks with the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistain (TTP) to bring an end to the acts of terrorism in the country.
According to media reports, he told news hounds that the armed forces of Pakistain were supportive of the government's peace initiative.
The premier said the Taliban have assured of action against those who had committed acts of terrorism in the recent days. He hoped positive outcome of the talks.
