Roadside explosion wounds three Jubaland soldiers |

KISMAYO -- Three Jubaland soldiers sustained injuries after their armored vehicle wadded into a mainfield laid by unknown assailants in the southern port city of Kismayo on Saturday, Garowe Online reports. Local reports say, the roadside Improvised Explosive Device (IED) went off near Vecchio football stadium in Iskufilan neighborhood of Kismayo. The wounded soldiers are being treated at Kismayo General Hospital, sources said. Jubaland forces in armored personnel carriers have arrived at the scene of the blast for investigations. |
