An anti-terrorism court on Friday ordered release of one of the main suspects in the kidnapping, rape and murder case of a 13-year-old schoolgirl after police filed a final investigation report citing that they did not find any incriminating evidence against him.However, the investigating officer charge-sheeted a female cousin of the deceased, her husband and their accomplice on the basis of ocular and documentary evidence, according to the final investigation report filed under Section 173 of the criminal procedure code.
The girl was taken away from her school in Federal B Area on Sept 24, 2013 and a couple of days later her body was found near the Seaview.
