Ted Cruz (R-TX) made a joke while referencing President Ronald Reagan famous 1982 speech before the British Parliament in which he predicts the downfall of Communism by saying to will end in the 'ash heap of history.'... He didn't realize it would be re-incarnated in the DNC platform. |
