#5  I imagine they will legalize heroin and pot and other drugs for those over 70 at some point (what are you gonna do, ruin your life at that point) so the death panels won't seem so horrific.

And the real bonus is the death panels convert Stubborn Republicans into Voting Democrats as long as that pesky James O'Keefe isn't around.
