| Grenade blast at Karachi's Zamzama; no casualties |

| [DAWN] Fear was spread among the local residents and business owners when unidentified miscreants fled away after hurling a hand grenade near shops at Zamzama -- Karachi's upscale commercial area, DawnNews reported. Initial reports do not suggest any specific target of the attackers as no casualties were reported also. SHO Ghazala Syed -- the first lady SHO in Karachi Police's history appointed earlier today -- reached the site immediately after the explosion. |
