Putin, for time being, is NOT interested in taking over the Ukraine even tough militarily he could - iff Obama = US, NATO-EO won't make a move, Russia will make a move by + for its own interests + O-N-L-Y its own interests, to include the Russian = Eastern Orthodox Church.
