2 NATO Soldiers Killed in Eastern Afghanistan |

[Tolo News] Two NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A single organization with differing goals, equipment, language, doctrine, and organization.... soldiers were killed in an hard boyz attack in eastern Afghanistan on Monday, according to the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). ISAF said the troops died as a result of enemy forces' attacks. No other details were provided about the nationality of the soldiers and exact location of the incident. It comes two days after, five British soldiers were killed when a helicopter crashed in southern Kandahar province, as stated by Britannia's Ministry of Defense. According to the ministry the helicopter crashed near the Kandahar air base in Takhta Pul area on the main highway between Kandahar and Spin Boldak. Saturday's death raised the number of NATO troops killed to 24 so far this year in Afghanistan. |
