| [Ynet] About 3,000 people attended the funerals on Friday of two Paleostinians killed by IDF fire in the West Bank during Nakba Day protests, as further festivities took place between protesters and soldiers. "With our blood, with out souls, we sacrifice for you, o deaders!" mourners chanted as the bodies, draped in Paleostinian flags, were taken through the streets of the West Bank town of Birzeit. After the funeral, hundreds of Paleostinians clashed with Israeli soldiers near the Ofer military prison, leaving at least four Paleostinians injured, an AFP correspondent said. Two Israeli journalists were attacked by protesters, according to several sources. |
