[Tolo News] Recent video footage of eleven Afghan Taliban's commanders being hanged by masked men in Nuristan province has been released to Afghan media outlets. a number of Kamdish residents told TOLOnews that the masked forces of Evil have targeted Taliban snuffies who failed to disrupt the election process.
