[Ynet] UNITED NATIONS - UN Secretary-General  the ephemeral Ban Ki-moon... of whom it can be said to his credit that he is not Kofi Annan... voiced concerns on Friday about the worsening health of Paleostinian hunger strikers in Israeli detention and demanded that they either be formally charged or released immediately.
