#18  Currently 69F here in Colorado Springs. Low this morning was 51, high was 72 around 3PM. Supposed to get a bit warmer tomorrow, then we go back to rain and clouds on Sunday through Thursday.

This last century has been one of the wettest in recent (600y or so) history. California was mostly semi-arid and desert and looks like with colder weather is returning to that state.

Yes, I know it's still the height of summer here, but the temps (particularly nighttime) last night and for the next few days are autumn-like.

The radio reported 69F this morning at 7 a.m. in central Virginia. That's not summer weather. :-(
