Man fined for pretending to be a ghost at a cemetery
2014-08-08
[MYFOXDC] PORTSMOUTH, United Kingdom - A man has been fined after he allegedly pretended to be a ghost while at a cemetery.

According to a report on Scotsman.com, 24-year-old Anthony Stallard was seen inside the cemetery kicking a football around with a friend after the two had been drinking.

Authorities say the two were shouting, singing, and being disrespectful.

"He was throwing himself backwards, waving his arms about and going 'wooooooo'. I'm assuming he was pretending to be a ghost," Tim Concannon, prosecuting at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court, told Scotsman.com.

The article says Stallard was undergoing testing for autism at the time of the incident. The report said he was fined for his actions.

#4  Oh wait. He was being tested for autism when he and a friend took the evening off to get drunk. So is the friend also being tested, or is the demon rum adequate to explain his idiocy?

#3  He was drunk, so they're testing him for autism? That seems a bit extreme.

#2  And he would have gotten away with it too, if it hadn't been for those meddling kids!
