When EVERYONE realizes you cannot use jurisprudence to gain an end, witness gun laws and gun violence, and we decide to treat terrorism as war, we will win. | #3 The "American solution" is to call in the lawyers and to ask their opinion on whether or not it's legal to bomb, shoot or otherwise hurt your enemy. The resolution to such a question is to sue and get redress in the courts (sarc). |
