#3  In April 2014 Russia tested a new version MIRV (&ICBM). Meanwhile,back on the ranch, our noble leader has dismantled the last Minuteman MIRV in July of the same year. Few seem to have made this connection or be worried about it.

#1  Thanks Champ or Chump for trying to disarm us (reduce our nuclear capability) and cut the military. Thanks for using our military as a social experiment. Oh yeah, and thanks for the Green Fleet (run on biofuels).
