Jacqui Lambie calls for supporters of sharia law to 'get out' of Australia.

#5  As A fifth generation Aussie redneck myself I have no problems with her on that score- but declaring herself an Aboriginal ( response from Aboriginal community: "since when?") and a couple of days later calling for a fixed quota of seat in Parliament reserved for Aboriginals (got anyone in mind, Jacquie?) is too much.
And anyone who signs on with Clive Palmer needs to be put to sleep.

#4  Jacqui may be a bogan, but that don't mean she's wrong. Simply put, Sharia law is incompatible with Western values in general, and the US Constitution specifically.

You want examples?
- equality in the eyes of the law vs three separate categories: believers, infidels, women
- no state religion vs Islam
- freedom of religion vs death for apostasy
- women are people vs women are property

Yeah, it's considered mean to point this stuff out, but a fact's a fact, Jack.

#3  she is right but the reason you have heard of this is the media is publicising it

and that is because jacqui lambie is seen as a poorly educated, ignorant simpleton

it is the same thing as pauline hanson

the media is emphasising it not because she is right (even though she is) but because she is an easy mark to attack for those other reasons: her broad accent, she has made previous gaffes that make her look unprofessional

so what they are doing is smearing the message by trying to make it seem that anyone who agrees it is true, is a redneck

#1  Anybody supporting or calling for sharia law in Australia can get out

She's someone that gets it. Can we borrow her and her attitude for our gov't?
