| Detroit -- Police responding to a call made a startling discovery Thursday afternoon: a man walking and talking despite a large hole in his throat and a large cut on his neck The unidentified 52-year-old victim was unable to provide officers with the circumstances surrounding his attack on the 300 block of Michigan in the city's downtown.
