| Bomb injures two in southern Thailand |

| [Bangkok Post] Two women were injured and a military truck damaged when a bomb exploded in Narathiwat province Wednesday. The incident occurred when a homemade bomb was detonated at one end of a bridge while a truck with a number of soldiers on board was crossing. The blast damaged the truck but the soldiers escaped unhurt. Two female villagers riding on motorcycle ahead of the truck were hit in the abdomen by shrapnel. |
