| Turkey denies deal with US on bombing IS militants in Syria |

| [DAWN] Turkey on Monday denied statements by US officials that it had allowed the United States access to its air bases for bombing missions against Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... (IS) murderous Moslems in Syria. A government official said there was no new agreement over the use by the United States of the Incirlik air base in southern Turkey, which US air forces already use for logistical and humanitarian purposes. "There is no new agreement with the United States about Incirlik," the official, who asked not to be named, told AFP in Ankara. |

| #7 We need to start treating Turkey as a hostile country, not an ally. No more economic aid or treaties, kick them out of NATO. Let them play with Vlad by themselves on their NE border. Back the Greeks in any of the conflicts between them and the Turks. And arm the hell out of the Kurds inside Turkey to back the liberation movement there which will rip Turkey apart. |

| #5 It's simple. Cut Turkey off altogether. No aid. No NATO. No EU. No nothing. Then when they finally get into a full on shooting war with Iran or Russia or both, buy popcorn. Oh, and air drop all the weapons the Kurds can use in Iraq, Turkey, Syria and Iran. But then it is true, Obama might be too busy playing golf. |
