| [DAWN] If you thought 17 dead in Gay Paree was bad enough for one week, you were wrong. In Nigeria, more than 2,000 people are feared dead after Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... launched its deadliest-ever attack on a strategic north-eastern town. But, where are the solidarity marches, the passionate editorials and the international condemnations? |
