#3 The take-home seems to be that battlespace management with rapidly changing, dynamic situations is essentially the same as managing a utility grid. And the same software works for both. Hmmm. I'd have to think about that one... |

#2 Bring that to Texas - they have their own power grid thats not integrated with the rest of the US. Plus a large energy sector - lots of similarities to the Israeli-Canadian tech situations. Israel and Texas would be a good pairing - desert terrain, limited water, and both need to control their international borders against infiltration. |
