| Algeria bill targets terrorism financing |

| [MAGHAREBIA] Algerian lawmakers on Thursday (January 29th) passed a bill against money laundering and terrorism financing, APS reported. The legislation introduces a definition of terrorism financing in line with international standards, and includes measures to strengthen current mechanisms on freezing and confiscating terrorists' money. |
