| #2 OS, if gang shooters could hit what they aimed at their count would be lots higher. DHS may be worried about sovereign citizen groups because they can hit what they aim at, and it might be DHS enforcers. |

| #1 US gangs killed 1,587 people in 2012 just in cities with populations above 100K per the FBI. But per the DHS, beware those rural "right wing" sovereign citizen groups - they are the major domestic terror threat. They killed 24 over the past 5 years. The federal government has become a political tool, and abomination, and needs to be reduced. Start with the DHS - defund it, and give those duties back to FBI. |
