| Iran blames West for rise of Islamic State group |

| [RUDAW.NET] Iran's foreign minister has accused the West of fueling Islamic extremism by failing to protect the rights of Moslem immigrants. Mohammad Javad Zarif told the Geneva-based U.N. | #2 ISIS as fly paper is a strategy I support. Unfortunately I think incompetance gets the credit this go around. |

| #1 is it the Koran/ideology or is it unemployment that sends them to Islamic paradise ie the Islamic state/caliphate they dream of where they live happily ever after lol |
