#2  Studies expand to match the 'generosity' of thieves pols with taxpayers money. How about a requirement that at least 45 Congresscritters sign off requesting any study funded by the government. Think of all the ammunition that would give opponents in the next election for boondoggles and waste. Suddenly, accountability would happen.
