| #3 Subsidies tend to go to farm states who happen to be in an important position in the primaries. Its been dirty for a long time. We hear stories about poor family farmers when they are a small segment of the agroindustry. I don't think there has ever been a subsidy that didn't become corrupt. The question is, how long does it take on average. |
