Atlanta Heart Transplant Recipient Dies In Crash During Chase
2015-04-03
[HuffPoo] ATLANTA -- An Atlanta area teenager who said a heart transplant two years ago gave him a second chance at life died this week when he lost control of the car he was driving while fleeing police, according to police records.
This toad got a new heart that someone didn't get, someone else who as a result died of his/her heart disease. There was quite the medical debate that the time, and the hospital "ethics" committee folded like a cheap lawn chair instead of sticking to the correct, proper, ethical decision, which (originally) that this gang-banger was not to get a new heart because he was unreliable in taking medication and adhering to therapy.

Grrr...
Anthony Tremayne Stokes, 17, died Tuesday when the car he was driving hit a bank sign, a Roswell police officer wrote in an incident report. The officer noticed the black Honda Accord fit the description of a vehicle involved in a home invasion a short time earlier, the report says. The officer tried to pull the car over, but the driver refused to stop, the report said.

The car had also been reported stolen in a carjacking in nearby Dunwoody earlier Tuesday, the report says.

#2  He reportedly had not one, but two transplants. The first one went 'tango uniform' due to his not following medical instructions. Difficult to fathom, I know.

His folks sure have a mountain of medical bills to recover from. [sarc off]
