Yemen Rebels Advance in Battleground Aden
2015-04-06
[AnNahar] Yemeni rebels made new gains in the battleground southern city Aden Sunday as a Saudi-led coalition trying to halt their advance faced growing calls for a humanitarian pause in air strikes.

The Red Thingy has appealed for an immediate truce to allow families to seek water, food and medical assistance, describing the situation as "dire."

Russia presented a draft resolution to the U.N. Security Council on Saturday calling for a humanitarian pause in the Saudi-led air war against the Huthi Iranian catspaws, now in its 11th day.

* CNN AM > gave in interesting News Summary on how Yemen is actually a smorgasboard or hodgepodge of active, competing factions or interests widin its various internal or domestic regions, to include inter-Houthi armed factions whom hate the Saudis but refuse to fight alongside their brethren in Aden.

* JAPAN TIMES > FLEE YEMEN BY SEA, US TELLS CITIZENS, i.e. via the ships of Allied or Neutral Nations.

The Bammer Admin = USA apparently has no plan at the moment to rescue its own US Citizens-Nationals from Yemen.

Those whom are unable to leave by ship are being urged to get to a secure Allied or Neutral security station or checkpoint on land, or else to hide as best they can until they are de facto rescued.

NO USN SHIPS AT BAHRAIN, OR CVN TASK FORCE CLOSE TO THEATER, NO USAF AIRLIFT ASSETS IN SAUDI ARABIA OR ISRAEL???
