| #1 FYI the Philippines is offering to in these Rohingyas iff Indonesia or Thailand won't take 'em. I'm eager to learn the reaction of the Mindanao Moros to this development. Also, Thailand + China repor are proceeding wid joint contruction or development of the CARAT/KRA CANAL, a move which has Malaysia's + Indonesia's + Australia's panties in a bind. |
