Champ: 'Netanyahu '€˜predisposed' to think peace is naive.'
2015-06-05
[Right Stuff] Obama gave an interview to an Israeli reporter the other night and as you might expect, he criticized Netanyahu and insisted his deal with Iran is the best thing since sliced bread, despite the fact that he got this earful from the reporter:

"Mr. President, there is a remarkably sincere observation you made once. You said 'nothing comes to my desk that is perfectly solvable,'" reporter Ilana Dayan said in an interview with the president that aired on Israeli television Tuesday evening.

"And you said 'any given decision I make, I'll wind up with a 30-40 percent chance that it isn't going to work,'" she continued. "I'm afraid Israelis cannot afford even a three to four percent chance that you are wrong Mr. President, because if you are, the bomb will hit Tel Aviv first."

This part came toward the end of the interview. The first part was on his assessment of Netanyahu, who he said was predisposed to think peace is naĂŻve, suggesting that Netanyahu's stipulations for peace are just unworkable or something.

#2  Well champ, that doesn't mean that he is naïve.

#1  Well Mr. President, in case of the current circumstances it is naïve. AND you are probably more deliberately naïve than any leader we've had since Woodrow Wilson and his wife.
