#7 Oops. While I'm in the spirit, how about a rye tip o' da kippah to the midnight riders of the Burg? A clean-living mid Eschewed cheewee, chow foon, and taco. "Don't tell my insurer -- Or, worse still, mein Führer -- I sometimes smoke völkisch tobacco." |

#1 1. No mention of how many square miles. 2. No mention of how much of the oil in place is recoverable. If the 'pool' is just a fraction of a square mile and has low recoverability, it might not even be economic to develop. If it's multiple square miles and high recoverability it could be a good, solid discovery. There was a small oil field in Sherwood Forest that was developed at great cost and speed (and secrecy) during WWII, and provided critical supplies immune to U-boats. It's quite a story - there should be a movie. |
