| #1 Please correct me iff I'm wrong, but AFAIK there has never been any formal requirement by the NAACP that its National or Local Chapters be headed only by Blacks or other Minority officers. Back in the 1970's, the NAACP used to pride itself on its inclusion + participation of White/Euro-Americans, to include as Leaders-Activists of rank.
