 in northern Iraq, a Kurdish official told Rudaw on Sunday.

"In the last 24 hours, coalition Arclight airstrikes against Daesh (ISIS) gunnies in Mosul have led to the deaths of dozens, including eight Germans," said Saeed Mamozini, who headed the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) branch in Mosul before the city was overrun by the forces of Evil a year ago.

He said one of the dead Germans was known as Abu Arqam, identified as a top foreign ISIS leader in Iraq.

Coalition forces have been pounding ISIS targets in Aski Mosul, a region west of the city. Kurdish Peshmerga forces were reportedly helping the coalition by providing intelligence on potential targets.
