[ABS-CBN] A suspected Abu Sayyaf militant was nabbed Friday afternoon in Barangay Talabaan in Zamboanga City.The suspect was identified as Basit Balahim, alias Ballan, who is allegedly among those responsible for the Dos Palmas kidnappings in Basilan in 2002. Balahim was spotted in the village along with another suspected Abu Sayyaf member who was arrested last month.
