| #2 Hillary will continue to delay and then she'll pull out the 'republican witch-hunt' and 'move on' tropes to help her with those who haven't followed events. If her poll numbers continue to sink she will cut a deal for no prosecution in exchange for her dropping out of the race for health reasons. |

| #1 The four emails, which have not been released through the State FOIA process, did not contain classification markings and/or dissemination controls. Those who are lawyering-up will seize upon this statement as a defense. If the classification markings were stripped, who would have stripped them? And why? Hillary will probably fall back on" "What difference does it make?" (If they were not marked, how were we responsible?) As the Chinese say, interesting times we live in. |
