| Tunisia condemns IS terrorism in Sirte |

| [Libya Herald] Tunisia has strongly condemned the attacks and killings carried out by the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... in Sirte's residential district No. 3 and said that the only way to destroy it was by agreeing a government of national unity. The "crimes perpetrated by the terrorist organization" against innocent civilians had caused Tunis great concern, a statement today from the foreign ministry read. It called on Libya's politicians from both side of the divide to back the Dialogue process and form a national unity government as quickly as possible. It was the only way, is said, of being able to counter terrorism as well as enabling the country to recover stability, security and unity. |
