According to the doctor who was forced to treat the ISIS fighters, the men were quarantined by terror group's leadership after they went through medical tests, confirming they had HIV.

The doctor whose identity has not be revealed further added that the men were treated at an ISIS-run hospital i the eastern-Syrian city of Al-Mayadeen.

He said the men who are mostly foreign nationals had unprotected sex with two Moroccan sex slaves.

"Most of those infected are foreign forces of Evil who had sexual intercourses with two Moroccan women. The women passed on the disease to the forces of Evil before their infection was revealed," the doctor quoted by ARA News -- a Syrian independent press agency, said.

He said "We were ordered by the group's local leadership to transfer the infected forces of Evil to a quarantine center in the city."

He also added that the two Moroccan women escaped to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

In order to avoid further spread of the disease, the ISIS leadership issued a decision through its Sharia Commission to run tests for AIDS on its members in Deir ez-Zor, following a state panic caused with the spread of the news.

A civil rights activist in al-Mayadeen said "IS leadership is planning to assign suicide kabooms for its forces of Evil who are tested positive with AIDS."

#9  AIDS spread rapidly among the habitues of gay bathhouses in exactly the same way, back in the day. I believe it, especially given plain vanilla behaviours ought not to be assumed. Though I give even odds that the Morroccan girls were clean when they arrived, in contrast to some of their early (and later) customers.

Also, how precise are the press-ganged doctors with their tests? In that situation I would consider each infection an act of successful sabotage.

#5  Perhaps ISIS is just scaring some folks into becoming suicide bombers because they are running low. Perhaps they do have AIDS, and blowing themselves up amongst a bunch of heathens will spread AIDS to those it doesn't kill outright.

#3  Well I think it is bull shit too but let us grant it may be a brilliant psych op urban rumor circulated by those who would sow confusion amongst gullible Jihadis. Given the rather rigorous rape ethic espoused by ISIL, based on an exceptionally clear reading of the Prophet's admonitions, why should brethren who present a health risk to fellow warriors not be granted or perhaps ordered to accept martrydom and paradise where they may disport with virgins of unquestionable purity? Well maybe some will feel weakness in their loins and desert rather than go into that good nite.
In effect, I hope US intell has spread this rumor. In VN one would kiss his forefinger upon hearing this kind of stuff.

These women have no ability to say "no". they are being raped, repeatedly, probably roughly and unprotected.

They are probably bleeding internally because these guys don't care they just jam it in.

They may have had female circumcision making scar tissue and a tighter area which is more prone to painful injury and bleeding during rape.

They were probably raped repeatedly by men who did not bother to shower or clean themselves either before or after.

it could be propaganda - but it could also be true.

#1  Smells like bullshit. The odds of a man contracting HIV from a woman are vanishingly low, 16 men getting it from the same 2 women is impossible.
