| #8 5th and Market was nice till the bums overran it coming in from city hall where they were allowed to sleep urinate and defecate. I guess the druggies and bums are now down by the Moscone center, and into the Wharf. Its the ultimate liberal result. 3rd world conditions because they allow it to happen rather than offend any leftard pressure group and ignore law abiding citizens' concerns. |

| #1 Ah, yes, modern urban hand wringers. Guess all that effort to put modern plumbing in rather than just dumping 'it' into the streets has lost it vague. There was a reason pestilence and plague were rather harsh on urban living in the past, enough to keep the population to a manageable level. Some people have just got to learn the hard way. |
