[ABS-CBN] 15 suspected New People's Army militants are facing charges for maintaining a bomb factory in Kitaotao, Bukidnon.Nenita Maasin and Ellen Manlibaas were among those nabbed last week. The two are believed to be NPA militants who are harassing residents. Subversive documents, firearms and explosives were recovered as well. Authorities also discovered a bomb factory in the area, as well as a training facility.
The suspects were charged with rebellion, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition, and illegal possession of explosives.
