...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
murderous Moslems, the latest in a string of women detained for allegedly sympathizing with the armed jihadist group.

The woman, who was not identified, was detained in the northeastern city of Figueres, the interior ministry said in a statement.

She is accused of the "indoctrination and recruitment of people with the goal of sending them to combat zones controlled by Daesh," the ministry said, using an alternative name for the Islamic State bully boy group.

Her arrest is linked to objects seized from a suspected Islamic State jihadist, a 21-year-old Moroccan national, whom German police detained in Stuttgart last month after he fled Spain, the ministry said.

"With this arrest, a cell that was very active in promoting the ideology of the terrorist organization Daesh, and capturing new jihadist fighters and offering logistics support, has been neutralized," the interior ministry said.

On Saturday, police arrested an 18-year-old Moroccan woman accused of preparing to travel to Syria to join the group, which has carried out numerous kidnappings and executions.

And in July, police arrested a Spanish woman on the Canary Island of Lanzarote suspected of recruiting pre-teen girls and teenagers of both sexes to send to areas controlled by the Islamic State.

Spanish authorities believe the woman maintained contact with Islamic State hard boyz in Syria, including a controller who gave her orders for recruiting girls and arranging their travel to Syria.

More than 100 people from Spain are suspected of having joined jihadist fighters in Iraq and Syria and authorities fear they may return to launch attacks.
